The Grape on Greenville to be sold on its 35th birthday

The Grape restaurant, a longtime hangout on Greenville Avenue, is being sold by owners Kathy McDaniel and Charlotte Parker, according to the Dallas Business Journal. The buyer is chef Brian Luscher; the deal is scheduled to close in October, which also just happens to be The Grape’s 35th anniversary.
